All pricing is based on an assumption that your land is WITHIN 8" of level.

We at Concrete Slabs US calculate your buildings footprint and multiply it by our concrete providers price per square foot, to identify the exact cost to install and deliver a concrete pad to your location.
The catch: Not all locations are within 8″ of level. This means that additional materials such as dirt, or gravel may be required to place the building in your desired location. Our professional will perform a site visit to determine the level of your land and exactly how much material may be needed if any.

Locations that are within 8″ of level
- Â The land was within the 8″ of level and no additional material was needed.
Slightly Unlevel, but only required grading (more than 8″ out of level)
- The concrete professional was able to grade the location into level without the need to buy additional material.
Greater than 8″ out of level, extra material was required
- In these examples, the concrete professional was required to bring in additional fill dirt to make the desired location level. Additional charges were applied and vary per location.
